Howdy partner! At Ariaa Clothing Shop, we want you to be as satisfied with your western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty boots. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process smoother than a well-worn leather saddle.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats and belts unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products (boots, denim, dresses, shirts, shoes, and shorts) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps as carefully as you’d break in a new pair of boots:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make sure we get all the needed information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange.
  2. Specify the replacement item you’d prefer in your email.
  3. If the exchange item is more expensive, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  4. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your western wear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
